Peach Grilling Sauce PDF Print E-mail

Adapted from South Carolina Peach Commission

Ingredients:

2 medium, ripe peaches, sliced
3 tablespoons peach preserves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup catsup
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Hot sauce to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process on high for 2-3 minutes. Place sauce in heavy bottom saucepan.  Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook uncovered for approximately 20 minutes, stir occasionally.

Can use to baste grilled ribs for last 12-15 minutes of grilling time.
